Sorry folks, I tend to get bored of blogging. Especially when injuries bite and rest and rehab are the only options, or life happens at whirlwind pace.
I’d like to wish you all a Happy New Year. I can’t promise to be updating this blog very regularly in 2015, if at all. However, I’m just setting up a new one about my intention to propel myself 1,000 miles in 2015 – by running, walking, swimming and cycling (in whatever combination works for me at any given moment).
