Yes!!!!! (Picture me punching the air, multiple times).
I’ve cracked the 1.5 stone loss, beaten it by a whole pound. That’s 3.5lbs disposed of in the past week. Mind you, I was busy every day. Now I ‘only’ need to shift another 10.5lbs to target – maybe. That target may go down another 7lbs, depending on how I feel at the time. Strictly speaking, to keep the medical folk happy I ‘should’ go down a further 7lbs after that. We’ll see.
